In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website and its channels. You agree and acknowledge that NFTSYD (the ‘Organiser’) is permitted to receive Your registration data. All personal information will be used by the Organiser in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your Content(s) does not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, profane or illegal content. Each entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity. NFTSYD reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
The Organiser acknowledges that You retain full ownership of the copyright in each artwork submission.
No warranties
This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and NFTSYD expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall NFT International Limited, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. NFT International Limited, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent NFTSYD from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Terms & Conditions - NFT SYDNEY Event
Thank you for your interest in participating in NFT SYD. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you go through the following terms and conditions:
In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to NFT SYD. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of NFT SYD – NFT Sydney Group.
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to NFT SYD, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the NFT SYD premises.
Please note that NFT Sydney Group reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser (https://www.nftsyd.io). These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of NFT SYD tickets.
The price of one NFT SYD ticket is $65. This figure is non-negotiable.
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access 300 Barangaroo Avenue on the 2nd of April 2022, when NFT SYD is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend the NFT SYD. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
The bearer has to assume full responsibility for the NFT SYD tickets, once (s)he receives it. NFT Sydney Group has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
Kindly note that Eventbrite is the sole authorised source for purchasing NFT SYD tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
The NFT SYD tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
Please note that NFT SYD tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
NFT Sydney Group has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the NFT SYD ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of NFT Sydney Group will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as NFT SYD starts on the 2nd of April 2022. Please note speakers' lineup might change without notice.
If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – 300 Barangaroo Avenue – due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
If NFT SYD is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, NFT Sydney Group has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
If NFT SYD is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of NFT Sydney Group will be considered final.
If NFT SYD has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. NFT Sydney Group cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.
All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.
NFT SYD is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending NFT SYD is 16.
If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to NFT SYD. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.
At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.
By purchasing NFT SYD tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to NFT Sydney Group to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to them.
NFT Sydney Group does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
NFT SYD and NFT Sydney Group follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at NFT SYD and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.
Please note that you purchase NFT SYD tickets of your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.
In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
The events are suitable for audiences age 15 & above. The views and opinions expressed by individuals in the exhibition are personal to the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of Lendlease.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The exhibit is conveniently located between Wynyard Station (a 2 min walk through Wynyard Tunnel and down the escalator to Barangaroo) and the Barangaroo/Darling Harbour Ferry Wharf, which links to Circular Quay.
PARKING
Parking options are available at a number of nearby parking stations:
SECURE PARKING: 1 Shelley Street, 5 min walk
WILSON PARKING: Barangaroo Reserve, 15 min walk
TAXI
There are usually plenty of taxis nearby, with a rank located on Barangaroo Avenue, and one just a short walk away on Shelley Street and Hickson Road.
Variation of Terms
NFTSYD is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
The NFTSYD is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NFTSYD and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
